If an order is placed by an individual or legal entity located in a country subject to national or international sanctions, restrictions, or embargoes, the Supplier reserves the right to refuse the fulfillment of the order.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

1. For Bulgaria:

For orders with cash on delivery or card payment, the estimated delivery time is:

• 5–7 business days for audio cables*
• 1–2 business days for components*

2. For European Union (EU) countries:

• After receiving the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email indicating the estimated delivery time*.
• The total delivery time does not exceed 14 business days (except in cases of local courier conditions)*.

3. For countries outside the European Union (EU):

• After receiving the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email indicating the estimated delivery time*.
• The total delivery time does not exceed 30 business days (except in cases of delays due to customs clearance or local courier conditions)*.

4. Free Shipping:

For orders placed through our online store, the supplier may offer free shipping under certain conditions.
